Staff

Meet the friendly staff at Broadway Veterinary Clinic - Hastings, MI!

Hannah ‏‏‎ ‎
Full Time Assistant Technician
Hannah has been with Broadway since 2021 as a kennel assistant. She quickly began assisting in other areas of the clinic. Although she’s not here full-time anymore, she comes to lend a hand regularly. When not working she enjoys spending time with her horse, two dogs and young daughter.
Leah
Assistant Technician
Leah began working at Broadway as an Assistant Technician in 2023 after completing a Veterinary Assistant Certificate program through Ross Medical Education. She’s returned to school to earn her LVT certification at MSU. Leah often assists in surgery, handles billing, provides patient treatment, and supports the doctor during appointments. She’s known for her pleasant disposition and strong work ethic. Away from the clinic, she’s often found camping with her family and spending time with her Labrador retriever, Lacey.
Bre ‏‏‎ ‎
Office Manager
Bre began at Broadway assisting with surgeries in 2022 and has developed her skill set to encompass a wide range of essential clinic tasks. These days she handles many of the day-to-day operations of the clinic while managing food and medication inventory, assisting with billing, surgeries, and patient care when needed as well as answering phones and scheduling appointments. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets – a menagerie of horses, cattle, dogs, cats, goats, chickens, and one crazy toddler!
Julie
Technician
Julie spent many years working in animal healthcare before joining the Broadway Clinic staff in 2018 as a technician. Affectionately known as “The Cat Whisperer”, Julie has a special affinity for felines. She assists Dr. Luedke with the care and treatment of patients, billing, charting, and practice management. Outside of work, she’s an avid gardener and especially loves growing flowers of all kinds. She also enjoys crafting, baking, and spending quiet time with her family and pets.

Taylor
Assistant
Taylor came to the clinic team in 2024, though her family pets have been patients for many years. She began working in the kennel cleaning, feeding and medicating patients, and has graduated to also answerphones, schedule appointments and assist in surgery. She’s a lifelong animal lover, and “horse girl”. In her free time Taylor enjoys spending time with her horse, Peck, and playing with her dogs, Oscar and Scout. She hopes to continue working in the veterinary field for a long time.

Maddy
Assistant
Maddy came to the clinic as an assistant in 2020 and though she began helping in a kennel, she now assists in surgery, schedules appointments, administers treatments, and performs animal restraint. Outside of work, she spends her time crafting, playing board games, and spending time with family and her cat, Simba, along with the family pets – Dachshund, Frankie and cats, Foxy and Chevy.
